What other fitness workout programs are available to you? The Convenient Workout that is presented on this website is one of the quickest and easiest ways to help you lose weight. But there are other ways as well.
I tout the Convenient Workout on this website, but the last thing I want you to think is that it is the only way you can build muscle. I like it because it is so easy to fit into your day, but maybe it isn't for you. Maybe you want to hit the gym and have more people around you. Socialization is important for your health and going to the gym is a great way to expand your social network.
Maybe you want a more complete workout than just the four exercises in the Convenient Workout. Maybe you want to get a more thorough workout. Or maybe you want to specialize in a certain type of workout, like for a sport, for example. Maybe you want to get into bodybuilding. Maybe you want to improve your hockey game. Or your basketball game, or soccer game. Or any other type of sport.
So there are other ways to build muscle that are available to you. And you don't have to hit the gym to do some of them. A lot of people work out at home. With dumbbells and barbells. With kettlebells or medicine balls. People can work out in their backyard. Whatever works for you.
In this section, "Other Ways to Build Muscle", I'll mention some other ways that you can increase your muscle mass. The first one is what to do when you're at the gym. The second is a workout I came up with that is modeled on the popular Crossfit workouts.
When most people think of losing weight, hitting the gym comes to mind. What options do you have there? Some of these will be discussed in this section. We'll cover: the traditional 8-10 exercises with weights, bodyweight exercises, circuit training, kettlebell workouts and medicine ball workouts. Click here for a brief description of each.
Crossfit is becoming quite popular around the globe. I'll summarize a workout that is similar to typical Crossfit workouts in this section. Click here to have a look.
